At Geneva Hospitality we feel it’s our responsibility to provide Owners a detailed accounting of all transactions. Under our management, Owners can expect to receive complete, monthly financial information packages, These include vital information such as collections analysis, cash flow report, detailed check registers, bank activity summaries, detailed expense reports, and full accrual financial statements.

We’re committed to working very closely with Owners to ensure that they understand their financial position at all times. Geneva Hospitality Principals feel that it’s imperative that you the Owner are fully informed on the financial and operating status of your property. Working together, Geneva Hospitality and the Owner can address areas of concern, and work toward implementing an overall operational plan that establishes high standards and protect investments.

We want owners to know we are working for them in every way to make their project successful, and of the highest quality.


Services offered include:

Cash or accrual systems of monthly financial reporting (selected by Owner)

Prepare annual budgets for Owner’s approval

Keep current name/address register for each owner

Maintain an accurate inventory of Hotel assets

Dispense compensation for all Hotel employees

Establish an appropriate replacement reserve program

Receive, account for, and deposit all fees on behalf of Owners

Prompt follow-up on all delinquent accounts to minimize delinquencies
(pre-approved schedules)

Pay all approved/budgeted expenses in a timely manner

Prepare monthly computerized financial statements to include prepays, delinquencies and full trial balance comparisons of actual and budgeted month and year-to-date expenses

Provide complete general ledger detail showing dates, vendors paid and amounts paid

Provide complete reserve analysis

Prepare and fill all tax forms, reports and returns required by State, Federal or Insurance agencies
